How to install on Android
Takes about a minute in Chrome. The app isn’t on Google Play yet, so Android asks you to confirm a few times.
1Download the app
Tap Download for Android. Chrome may say
File might be harmful
. That is a standard message for any app downloaded outside the Play Store. Tap Download anyway.2Open the file
When the download finishes, tap the notification. If you missed it, open Chrome, tap ⋮ then Downloads, and tap avyk-customer-latest.apk.
3Allow installs from Chrome
If Android says
For your security, your phone is not allowed to install unknown apps from this source
, tap Settings, turn on Allow from this source, then go back.4Install and sign in
Tap Install, then Open. Sign in with your AVYK customer account, the same one you use on avykdiamonds.com.
Can’t find the switch?
Turn it on manually: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Install unknown apps → Allow from this source.
The wording varies by brand. Samsung: Settings → Apps → Chrome → Install unknown apps. Xiaomi / Redmi: Settings → Apps → Manage apps → Chrome → Install unknown apps. Older Android (7): Settings → Security → Unknown sources.
“Blocked by Play Protect”
Play Protect flags apps it hasn’t seen on Google Play. Tap More details, then Install anyway.
Updating
Download and install the newer version over the old one. You stay signed in and your wishlist and history are kept.
How to install on iPhone
The iPhone app is available through Apple’s TestFlight while it waits for the App Store. It takes about two minutes and is free.
1Install TestFlight
TestFlight is Apple’s free app for trying apps before they reach the App Store. Open TestFlight on the App Store and tap Get. Sign in with your Apple ID if asked.
2Open the AVYK invite
On your iPhone, tap Join on iPhone (TestFlight) on this page. It opens the AVYK invite at testflight.apple.com.
3Accept and install
Tap View in TestFlight, then Accept, then Install. The AVYK app appears on your Home Screen with a small orange dot next to its name, which marks a TestFlight app.
4Open and sign in
Open AVYK and sign in with your AVYK customer account. Updates arrive in TestFlight; tap Update there when one shows.
“This beta is full” or “not accepting testers”
The invite has a tester limit. Email avyk@avykdiamonds.com and we’ll add you.
The link opens a web page instead of TestFlight
Install TestFlight first, then come back here and tap the button again. Open the link in Safari, not inside another app’s browser.
Builds expire
Each TestFlight build works for 90 days. We publish new builds before then; open TestFlight and tap Update to stay current.

Is the app safe and official?
Yes. It is built and published by AVYK Diamonds, and this page is the only place we distribute it. Android’s warnings appear for every app installed outside Google Play; they don’t mean anything is wrong with the file.
Which login do I use?
Your AVYK customer account, the same email or phone you use to sign in on avykdiamonds.com. No account yet? Request access and our team will set you up.
Is there an iPhone version?
Yes, through Apple’s TestFlight. Install the free TestFlight app, then open our TestFlight invite. Step-by-step guide.
Where can I get help?
